
John Goding
John is the vice president of Huber Resources Corp. and Sewall Forestry & Natural Resource Consulting. His principal duties include client relations, business development, timberland dispositions and acquisitions, and general management of Huber Resources Corp. and Sewall Forestry Natural Resource Consulting. John is also responsible for providing oversight for Huber Engineered Woods LLC manufacturing operations, partnerships, and relationships in the northeast.
John has over 20 years of management experience throughout his tenure within multiple divisions of the Huber family of companies. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management from the University of Maine in 1995 and is also a Licensed Forester for the State of Maine.
John is also involved as a member of the Board of Directors for North Maine Woods.
Chris Washburn
Chris serves as the Director of Finance for Huber Resources Corp. and Sewall Forestry & Natural Resource Consulting. Since joining the company in 2002, he has leveraged his extensive financial expertise to support the company’s strategic initiatives, including budgeting, financial reporting, and investment analysis. Chris is responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prior to his tenure at Huber Resources Corp, Chris spent several years with a large regional accounting firm where he specialized in client financial audits.
He holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine. Chris also holds licenses as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Global Management Accountant and Notary Public.


Trevor London
Trevor serves as the Director of Operations – Northeast where he collaborates with clients and managers to develop and implement strategic goals. With over two decades of experience in forestry operations management, he has held roles including Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, and District Forester. Trevor’s career also includes forestry positions in Alabama, Florida, Vermont, and New Hampshire, where he gained extensive expertise in procurement, management, and operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management from the University of Maine and is a Licensed Forester in the State of Maine.
Chris Fink
Chris serves as the Director of Operations – Lake States. He has been in the forest consulting business since 1992, with extensive experience in inventory and land management across the United States. Over his career, he has served as the lead forester on more than 1,000,000 acres of inventory projects, working in states including Pennsylvania, New York, Oregon, Washington, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. He has also been the lead land manager for numerous clients in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from Northland College and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Michigan Technological University.


Tony Derleth
Tony is the Operations Manager for Wisconsin and has over 25 years of experience as an industrial forester and consultant in the Lake States. Since 2012, he has managed 65,000 acres in northern Wisconsin, including a 30,000-acre carbon easement. In his role, he oversees sustainable forest management practices, including timber harvest planning, road construction, carbon project implementation, and wildlife habitat enhancement.
Tony’s current responsibilities extend to managing over 200,000 acres across industrial and private lands, providing tailored forestry solutions to meet diverse landowner goals. Tony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
Dan Lewia
Dan is the Marketing Manager for Southern operations based in Oklahoma and Texas. He has over 30 years of experience in timberland management across Maine, Oklahoma, Texas, Alabama, and Georgia. Since beginning his career as an intern with Huber Resources Corp., he has gone on to manage large industrial timberland tracts in Maine, overseeing harvest operations, road design, and timber sales. Since 2000, he has been integral in developing Huber Resources Corp’s southern operations, leading stumpage purchase programs, GIS implementation activities, silvicultural programs, and acquisition/divestiture processes for a variety of private landowners.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from the University of Maine and is a Licensed Forester in the State of Maine. An FAA-certified Drone Pilot and ARK Pro Logger, he has been a Board Member of the Oklahoma Forestry Association since 2008, serving in various leadership roles, including President.


Jim O’Malley
Jim brings over 40 years of forestry experience to his role as Operations Manager located in Maine. He began his career as a Field Forester, advancing through roles including District Forester, Senior Operations Forester, and Regional Forester. His expertise spans across land management, timber operations, and sustainable forestry practices.
He is a Licensed Professional Forester, a Licensed Wood Scaler, and a member of the Forest Stewards Guild. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Forest Technology from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of University Studies degree with a concentration in Forest Management from the University of Maine.
Dave Boehlke
Dave is the Operations Manager in Michigan, where he leverages his extensive experience in forestry and land management to oversee daily operations. He launched his career in 2012 as a Seasonal Inventory Forester and progressed through various roles before taking on his current leadership position.
Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forest Management and a GIS Focal Certificate in Forestry from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, in addition to being a certified Michigan Registered Forester.
